*The maximum loan amount of HK$50,000 is only applicable to the customers who fulfil specific credit requirements. All required application information must be complete and accurate. Final approval is subject to the final submission of all relevant documents and the credit record of the customer.
^Sign the loan agreement online, and once final verification and approval is complete, WeLend Limited will transfer the loan money instantly via Faster Payment System (FPS). Actual transfer time is subject to each individual bank's transfer service hours.


Terms and Conditions of the Plan

1. Instant Cash Plan (The "Plan") is promoted by 3HK and WeLend Limited. The cash loan services under the Plan is provided by WeLend Limited.
2. The loan amount of the cash loans provided by WeLend Limited under the Plan range between HK$10,000 and HK$50,000.
3. The customer can set the loan repayment schedule from 6 months to 30 months (the final approved repayment schedule is subject to the customer’s credit record).
4. In general, customer’s selfie, account number, photos of HKID and ATM card are required for verification. However, additional documentation proof may be required in certain circumstances.
5. The Plan is only eligible for customers who are Hong Kong permanent residents with employment, over 18 years of age and with satisfactory credit or repayment record.
6. Should the customer cancel the Plan after signing the loan agreement with WeLend Limited, the customer should contact WeLend Limited for cancellation arrangements. WeLend Limited reserves its absolute right on any related fees and procedures based on the terms of the loan agreement.
7. WeLend Limited reserves its absolute right on the Plan including final approval decisions, as well as any related disputes.
8. WeLend Limited reserves the right to change any terms and conditions relating to the Plan.
9. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
