KANTARO is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant from Hakodate that uses ingredients of outstanding quality from Hokkaido. They offer a wide range of sushi dishes, such as sea urchin, tuna, and crab paste battleship. Each dish costs around 130 yen, which is relatively reasonable. There is a tablet for each seat, where you choose your preferred language, order sushi, and have the dishes delivered fresh to you from the chefs. Note: Go early for lunch to avoid long lines.
