 Campaign Terms and Conditions:
- Hutchison Telephone Company Limited ("HTCL") is the organizer of the campaign.
- The period of this campaign is from 3 June 2020 12:00 to 7 June 2020 23:00 (in accordance to Hong Kong time).
- Each 3HK Monthly Subscription customer is allowed to participate in this campaign once.
- Participants must be aged 18 or above.
- By taking part in this campaign participants confirm that participants have read and understood, and agree with the following terms and conditions.
- By participating in this campaign, you agree that HTCL may use the personal data provided by you for the purposes of conducting this campaign.
- Does not accept registration if you participated in similar campaign hosted or co-hosted by DR-Max in the last 3 months.
- Only allow non DR-Max member to participate.
- Each family can only participate the campaign once.
- "Disney English Learning Set" are subject to limited availability and will be given out on a first come, first served basis. The first 5,000 eligible participants who successfully registered will each receive ONE “Disney English Learning Set”(14 English Story book & worksheet).
- Participants must confirm all information provided is genuine and correct, without any fraud on submission of personal data, or false submission of personal data of others. Participants will be disqualified for the campaign if the information provided is inaccurate, incorrect or omitted.
- Successful registrants will be notified individually by DR-Max Limited and should collect the “Disney English Learning Set” at designated redemption location.
- Participants who successfully obtained the “Disney English Learning Set” will receive a SMS with redemption details on or before 9 June 2020.
- HTCL & DR-Max Limited shall have the final discretion as to any dispute in all respects in relation to the campaign. HTCL reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- HTCL is not a programme organizer or supplier of “Disney English Learning Set”. HTCL will not be liable for any claims for loss or damage arising out of the use and/or enjoyment of “Disney English Learning Set”, or the inability to use and/or enjoy the use of “Disney English Learning Set”. HTCL shall make no representation endorsement or warranties regarding the quality, suitability or merchantability of the “Disney English Learning Set”(whether in whole or in part).

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
"Disney English Learning Set" Redemption Details:
- Must collect the gift in person, and no delivery service will be provided.
- All gifts are non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable.
- Winners will be notified individually within 21 working days and arrange an appointment for redemption.
- Gifts must be collected at DR-Max Limited (near Kwai Hing MTR Station, please refer SMS for location details).
- After arranging the appointment, winners must finish the redemption procedures on or before 31 July 2020. Late redemption or collection without appointment is not allowed.
