The social data is applicable for using Facebook (Including Facebook Messenger & Mobile Web m.facebook.com) & Instagram to use VoIP voice call, video call, delivery of text and voice messages, images and video clips as well as browse content in word, image or video format and applicable for using WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, Signal & Zoom to use VoIP voice call, video call, delivery of text and voice messages, images and video clips. When social data usage reaches the limit of subscribed data services, data usage will be deducted from the service local data entitlement. *5G network experience may be affected due to various factors including but not limited to network setting/specification or coverage, the features or functionality of individual mobile device, transmission technology, network traffic and usage, speed of websites servers, service stability of other content providers, weather and other circumstantial factors (e.g. blockades such as buildings, mountains, tunnels) which may lead to radio interference.   1. Customer is required to do MNP and subscribe 5G SIM plan and purchase designated 5G handset at the same time, and pay for designated amount per month (subject to models purchased) for 30 months. Credit card autopay is required for settling payment. The credit cardholder name must be the same as customer account registration name. In case of early service or Add-On offer disconnection, customer is required to pay the sum of remaining premium payment amount.
  2. Customer is required to subscribe designated 5G SIM subscription monthly plan with 24 months or above contract period and pay for the Administration Fee of $18 per month. Customer is required to purchase the designated model while subscribing SIM subscription. Each subscription can enjoy the offer once. The handset models / colour are available while stocks last.
  3. Delivery service is not applicable to designated districts such as Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island and other designated districts of outlying areas.
