 Campaign Terms and Conditions
  1. Hutchison Telephone Company Limited ("HTCL") is the organizer of the campaign.
  2. By taking part in this campaign, participants confirm that they have read and understood, and agree with the following terms and conditions.
  3. The period of this campaign is from 6 – 12 November 2019 (in accordance to Hong Kong time).
  4. Participants must be aged 18 or above.
  5. Each 3HK Postpaid customer is allowed to participate in this campaign once.
  6. By participating in this campaign, you agree that HTCL may use the personal data provided by you for the purposes of conducting this campaign.
  7. Participants must confirm all information provided is genuine and correct, without any fraud on submission of personal data, or false submission of personal data of others. Participants will be disqualified for the campaign if the information provided is inaccurate, incorrect or omitted.
  8. According to the campaign request, participants should fill in their personal information and share with us“Who are you going with if you get Hins Cheung concert tickets? Why?” in no more than 100 words (punctuation marks, space & emoji are not included in the world count). Participant with the most creative answer shall be the winner. 2 winners will be selected and each will receive TWO free $680 Hins Cheung x HKCO concert tickets on designated date. The participant should ensure the message does not in any way infringe upon any third party’s intellectual properties and all entries must be the original work of the participant. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner if violation of any of the content restrictions above is found. Decisions reached by organizer shall be final and non-appealable. The copyright of all entries submitted will be owned by the organizer. Organizer will contact the winners based on the information provided by the winners in order to arrange their collection of the prizes.
  9. Winners will be notified by SMS on or before 15 November, 2019.
  10. HTCL demands winners to provide mobile number or other contact methods for prize redemption.
  11. All prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, and is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-resalable.
  12. All photos of prizes shown in promotional materials are for reference only, the real object should be considered as final.
  13. HTCL shall have the final discretion as to any dispute in all respects in relation to the campaign. HTCL reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
