Terms and Conditions of the "HoneyBee Scratch & Win"

The "HoneyBee Scratch & Win" (the "Campaign") is organised by Hutchison Telephone Company Limited ("HTCL"). By participating in the Campaign, a participant is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Eligible Participant could get a scratch card ("Eligible Participant")

Any Hong Kong permanent resident who has attained the age of 18 on or above, and
A scratch card will be given for the customers who purchase a Honey Bee key chain successfully from October 12 till November 26 , 2023. Customers need to collect the scratch card on-site after purchasing the product. The scratch card will not be reissued.

Prizes of the Lucky Draw

Each scratch card includes one prize. A total of 3,518 prizes (each a "Prize") will be given out to winners as follows:

Flagship Handset Model: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (512GB), with 1 quota
Handset Voucher, with 2 quotas

Redeeming of the Prizes of the Lucky Draw

For Prizes a – d, each winner is required to register for redemption on or before November 27, 2023. Winners will receive a prize redemption SMS after campaign. They are required to redeem prize in person on or before December 16, 2023 according to the instructions provided to him / her by HTCL. Winner is required to provide name, (same as HKID), first 4 digit and contact number for registration. At the time of the redemption of the Prize, the winner is required to prove his / her eligibility to HTCL, including presenting the prize redemption SMS and winning scratch card (damaged or incomplete scratch cards will not be accepted). The scratch card has to be returned to the company after prize redemption.
No winner is entitled to request for any alternative gift or payment of cash in substitution of his / her Prize.
Winners are not allowed to transfer the prize collection to another person.
Colour and style of Prizes will be allocated on a random basis and selection and change of colour and style is not permitted.
The Prize is non-replaceable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-returnable.

Handset Voucher

Each winner will receive one Handset Voucher of $5,000 denomination.
Handset Voucher can only be used for designated standalone handset and tablets at [3]Shops in Hong Kong at the prevailing HTCL suggested retail price.
Handset Voucher must be used on or before 29 February 2024. Any unused Handset Voucher will be forfeited upon expiry.
Handset Voucher cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other offer. It is redeemable only by the winner whose name is the same as the registered name.
The remaining balance amount of Handset Voucher in each purchase will be forfeited automatically.

Harbour Plaza Metropolis Staycation Package: 1 - Night Stay with 2 breakfasts

HTCL has the sole and absolute discretion in accordance with relevant clauses of this Terms and Conditions for determining a person's eligibility to enter the Campaign and/or receive any Prize.
HTCL shall not be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by the participant due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problems.
