  1. The booking period is from 10 October to 31 October 2019. The departure period is from 11 October 2019 to 24 June 2020.
  2. Blackout period: 12 – 23 Dec 2019, 1 Jan – 1 Feb 2020, 9 - 25 Apr 2020.
  3. Customer should book the ticket at hutchgo.com website (www.hutchgo.com.hk) or hutchgo.com mobile app.
  4. The offer is not applicable to fuel surcharges, taxes, airport construction fee and other fees.
  5. The e-Coupon code is only applicable for instantly confirmed designated Hong Kong to London round ticket on Virgin Atlantic, and are not applicable for other products. e-Coupon code only applicable with flight fare remarks with designated message as "My3App members enjoy special offer with designated coupon code!" in order to enjoy offer.
  6. The offer is not applicable for Domestic helper fare and Student fare, and cannot be used for air ticket price paid directly to the airline supplier.
  7. The coupon codes need to be provided at the time of payment and no coupon code can be used once reservation is confirmed. For inquiries, please email to cs@hutchgo.com. Quota applies and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Offers are available while quota lasts.
  8. Only 1 coupon code can be used for each transaction, and only 1 air ticket can be redeemed for each code. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  9. Designated cabin and flights are exclusively available for My3App members only. Non-members will not be eligible to enjoy offer and any confirmed booking will be cancelled.
