  • The 3 Roaming Pass Charge will be charged to your account with 3HK immediately upon successful activation. The service must be used within 30 days after from the day of successful purchased or the service will expire upon the lapse of such 30-day period. Service effective period counted from first actual roaming data usage.
  • When 3 Roaming Pass is effective, a confirmation message will be sent via SMS.
Terms and Conditions:
  1. “3 Roaming Pass” are applicable only to (1) 3HK 4G LTE / 3G postpaid customers who have subscribed to data service and Full Roaming service. For details of Full Roaming service, please visit: www.three.com.hk/roaming; (2) customers who have subscribed to data roaming service; and (3) customers who use data roaming services in the designated destinations. For other customers, standard roaming charges will apply. For details of standard roaming charge, please visit: www.three.com.hk/roaming.
  2. When 3 Roaming Pass is effective, a confirmation message will be sent via SMS. 
  3. The 3 Roaming Pass Charge will be charged to your account with 3HK immediately upon successful activation. 
  4. The service must be used within 30 days after from the day of successful purchased or the service will expire upon the lapse of such 30-day period. Service effective period counted from first actual roaming data usage.
  5. The service is chargeable on a 3-day/5-day/10-day basis according to customer’s selection and will not be pro-rated. Activation charge is non-refundable and regardless of usage. A “day” is counted by 24 hours upon activation.  By way of example, if the Customer activates 3 Roaming Pass at 3:00 pm (Hong Kong time) of 1st July, 2017, it will expire at 2:59 pm of 6th July, 2017.Activated3 Roaming Pass needs to be used within 30 days from the day of successful subscription or the 3 Roaming Pass will expire upon the lapse of such 30-day period.
  6. Upon expiry, customers can use roaming data at the rate of the originally subscribed roaming plan. Customers who would like to continue to use 3 Roaming Pass service have to activate again after the previous 3 Roaming Pass expires.
  7. 3 Roaming Pass’ roaming voice calls included receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong. Calling to other countries will be charged at IDD001 standard rate. IDD001 charges: https://www.three.com.hk/IDD001_eng
  8. Tethering availability depends on network operators in the destinations. 3HK does not restrict the use of tethering with 3 Roaming Pass.
  9. In case that data usage incurred on non-3 Roaming Pass destinations, Customer will be charged at the rate of its subscribed in 3HK applicable data service roaming plan; otherwise, Customer will be charged at the standard roaming charges.  Click here for standard Data Roaming charges and coverage.
  10. 3 Roaming Pass does not cover SMS, Home Direct Line service and video call, usage incurred on all networks will be charged at Standard Roaming Rate. Voice call usage incurred on non-3 Roaming Pass networks will also be charged at Standard Roaming Rate, click here for coverage and charges.
  11. 3 Roaming Pass shall not be applicable to usage on Peer to Peer (“PTP”). If usage is incurred due to PTP including applications such as (but not limited to) BitTorrent, edonkey, flashget, foxy, ppstream, winmx, etc, or if there is any abusive or abnormal usage, 3HK shall have the right to forthwith terminate 3 Roaming Pass without prior notice. All commercial or illegal promotion activities via the use of 3 Roaming Pass shall be prohibited.
  12. 3 Roaming Pass shall not be applicable to aircraft roaming/maritime roaming/satellite roaming.
  13. 3 Roaming Pass only includes data transmission charges and does not include any other charges that might incur from using any other data service.
  14. Usage of 3 Roaming Pass is subject to the coverage, system compatibility and other relevant conditions of the networks, which are subject to changes without prior notice.
  15. 4G LTE service will be available only when (i) compatible handset or device supporting 4G bandwidth is used and (ii) in the destinations where 4G LTE service infrastructure has been developed.
  16. 3HK reserves the rights to amend the charges and terms and conditions (including but not limited to designated destinations coverage) of 3 Roaming Pass and to suspend or terminate any part of the service at any time without prior notice, especially in case where roaming partner terminates cooperation with 3HK. 3HK shall have the final decision in case of any dispute.
