Remarks:
  • "Fair Usage Data Threshold" varies from customers to customers depending on the Rechargeable SIM card purchased, as specified on the relevant packing or our website. Once the aggregate local data usage of a customer in the relevant period beginning from the data usage reaches the relevant Fair Usage Data Threshold applicable to the customer, 3 Hong Kong shall have the right to reduce and restrict the data access speed (upload and download) to not less than 128 kbps. Please refer to "3Hong Kong Prepaid SIM Card Service Usage Policy and Fair Usage Policy" for details.
  • The package fee of $88 "3-Day-Pass" will be deducted automatically from SIM card after card activation. The $88 "3-Day-Pass" package includes free usage of local voice, local data, intra-network SMS and special rate for specific services (shown in table above) for three consecutive days after activation. The $88 package will be deducted automatically from the "Travel SIM" card on the fourth day if the remaining balance is enough (equals or more than $88). Otherwise, the "3-Day-Pass" package will be suspended and normal charges will be applied.
  • a. Counted 30 days from the package effective date. The monthly charge of VAS Package will be deducted automatically from the SIM card after 30 days if the remaining balance is enough. Otherwise, the VAS Package will be suspended. Manual termination before package end date will be effective instantly and the remaining data usage will be forfeited at the same time.
    b. Counted 7 days from the package effective date. The monthly charge of VAS Package will be deducted automatically from the SIM card after 7 days if the remaining balance is enough. Otherwise, the VAS Package will be suspended. Manual termination before package end date will be effective instantly and the remaining data usage will be forfeited at the same time.
  • Daily cut-off time is on the next day of package expired at 00:00 (Hong Kong time).
