How to get redemption code of the service?
The redemption code of the service will be sent to your mobile number via SMS. You can call our SUPREME Service Hotline 3166-8866 or contact your SUPREME Personal Executive. We will send you SMS with redemption code. Re-issue of redemption code is only applicable to the subscription within 30 days after subscription of the Pass.

I have subscribed to Boka Book n Mag On-the-Go (12-month), can I make another subscription on Boka On-the-Go Pass?
Yes, you can subscribe up to 5 Boka On-the-Go Pass.

How to change the language of the Boka Applications?
The applications are currently provided Traditional Chinese version only.

What are the system requirements for Boka Applications?
Boka App shall only be applicable to the operation system of Android 4.4 or above and iOS 9.0 or above.
