2. How to use eSIM?
Customers can apply for eSIM at 3Shop. Following successful application, customers will receive a confirmation email with eSIM QR code included, and can install and activate eSIM via following the instructions in the email. The QR code will expire after being scanned, and cannot be reused. After applying for and successfully installing eSIM, customers will need to reboot their device or switch on / off airplane mode to search for mobile network again.
3. Will converting physical SIM to eSIM affect my current service?
Converting to eSIM is regarded as the same as SIM replacement, and customers need to pay $100 handling fee for the procedure. Customers' mobile number and existing service will remain unchanged following the procedure. After applying for and successfully installing eSIM, customers will need to reboot their device or switch on / off airplane mode to search for mobile network again.
4. How to transfer my eSIM to another device?
eSIM cannot be removed or transferred to another device after installation, otherwise eSIM will be invalid.
