  • The MO+ 5G Service Plan (“the Plan”) is only applicable to customers who are aged 18–29 at the time of service application, or who are students. Customers are required to present valid identification documents to prove that their age falls within the range of 18–29 at the time of application.
    If a customer qualifies as a student but is outside the specified age range, they must provide valid student proof documents, such as a student ID card or a school admission letter. If, under any circumstances, the identification documents provided are found to be invalid or the customer is not eligible, or if the customer refuses to provide valid identification documents, MO+ reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to refuse to provide, suspend, or cancel the designated service plan and the offers under the designated service plan.
  • When monthly mobile data usage exceeds the fair data usage of the monthly plan, data service will continue, but the thereafter data access speed (upload and download) will be restricted to not more than 1Mbps. 
  • Applicable to customers with a contract commitment of 24 months:

  • Why choose eSIM?
    As long as the customer's mobile device is eSIM-compatible, they can easily switch from a physical SIM to an eSIM to connect to the network. This allows for quick activation and setup, without the worry of losing or damaging a physical SIM card. While some devices may only have one physical SIM slot, eSIM-compatible devices typically support multiple eSIMs simultaneously, offering greater flexibility in usage.​
  • How to apply eSIM?
    Customers can visit Mo+ to apply for eSIM service. Upon successful application, a confirmation email containing the eSIM QR code will be sent. Customers can follow the instructions in the email to install and activate the eSIM. Please note: the QR code will expire after it is scanned and cannot be reused.
    After successfully installing the eSIM, customers should reboot their device or toggle airplane mode on and off to reconnect to the mobile network.
  • Will converting physical SIM to eSIM affect my current service?
    Converting to eSIM is considered a SIM card replacement. Customers can enjoy up to 3 times service fee waivers per year, thereafter $50 will apply to each request. Your mobile number and existing service will remain unchanged after the conversion. Once the eSIM is successfully installed, please reboot your device or toggle airplane mode on and off to reconnect to the mobile network. 
  • How to transfer my eSIM to another device?
    Once installed, an eSIM cannot be removed or directly transferred to another device—doing so will render the eSIM invalid. To transfer your eSIM to a new device, please Click here to apply for SIM replacement. Customers can enjoy up to 1 times service fee waivers per year, thereafter $50 will apply to each request. (Effective from 1 May 2026)

    Upon successful activation of a new eSIM, the physical SIM or eSIM in your original device will become invalid. However, your account information — including account balance, purchased service packages, and rewards will remain unchanged.

    The eSIM QR code included in the confirmation email will expire once downloaded and cannot be reused. Simply follow the instructions in the email to install and activate your eSIM.

Attention:
Your personal data needed to be the same as your donor network operator. Double check the service porting date to avoid any suspension fee of previous donor network operator is caused. You need to upload the code of Prepaid SIM if you are port-in from prepaid SIM. Click here to contact MO+ “Here to Help” if you cannot receive SIM card.

This plan is available to customers who are students or aged 30 or below at the time of activation. If you’re over 30, you can also apply on behalf of an eligible student or someone aged 30 or below. To apply, just prepare an ID document (such as a Hong Kong ID card or passport), proof of student status (for local students: a valid student card from a local primary/secondary school or tertiary institution; students under 18 can provide a birth certificate or Child Identity Card), and a proof of address — that’s all you need!

You can register MO+ Monthly Plan via our website by selecting your favorite mobile number or submitting your port-in application. In just a few simple steps, you will get the SIM delivered right to your door.
Currently we accept monthly automatic payments by VISA and MasterCard (issued by Hong Kong institutions).
You can register our service in SIM Plan registration page, choose "Port your number" and fill in the related information. We will work with your existing operator to settle everything else for you.

  • Make sure your HKID and name are correctly input in our system.(MUST be the same as the one that you are using in the current operator)
  • For pre-paid SIM customer, please make sure your pre-paid SIM account is still activate and have minimum of $1 balance.

You will receive a confirmation email after successful registration.
Upon successful registration, the SIM card will be delivered to your registered address within 3-5 working days. Actual delivery schedule maybe delay due to various situation (e.g. Hong Kong Post's special arrangement for postal service).
Once you received your SIM card, please activate your SIM card with the following steps:
