3HK is now providing Wi-Fi service with new auto-login function at over 20,000^ hotspots in HK. New hotspots includes Hysan Place, 1881, Soundwill Plaza, Sino Plaza, Whampoa Fashion World, China HK City, Festival Walk, City Walk, Olympian City, TMT Plaza, Sogo TST, Lee Tung Avenue and chain retail stores includes Watson's The Chemist, Watson's Wine, ParkN shop, Fortress, Eslite Spectrum (Taikoo and Tsim Sha Tsui stores), Hong Kong Jockey Club Off-course Betting Centers and most 3Shops etc. 3HK will deploy more hotspots with auto-login function in future.

How To Subscribe
  • Via SMS
  • Send a blank message to [503106]
  • Acknowledgment message will be received as "Thanks you to choose 3HK Wi-Fi service, you will receive the login ID soon. $18 per 30 days service fee will be deducted from your stored value."
  • Confirmation message will be provided with "3Notice: Thanks for subscribing 3HK Wi-Fi service while it is now activated. Username is your mobile number and the password is [xxxxx]."

3HK Wi-Fi Hotspots Service will be terminated from 15th April 2020 onwards and new subscription will be stopped from 16 Mar 2020

Wait until the SSID "3HKWi-Fi" is selected automatically by the mobile device

Connect Wi-Fi by manual selection
Connect Wi-Fi by manual selection of SSID "3HKWi-FiService" from the network list

Enable the Wi-Fi function in mobile device

Search for Wi-Fi networks

Select the SSID "3HKWi-FiService" from the network list

Enter Username and Password in login page

Select "Remember Me"

Wi-Fi network connected
^ Based on a review of the number of hotspots featured on the websites of 6 WiFi service providers in Hong Kong at midnight on 21st July 2016.
* Upon selection of the Auto-Login feature, the WiFi service login procedure will be processed automatically whenever the same device is connected to"3HKWi-FiService" or "3HKWi-Fi" (if applicable) network.
