Remarks:
The contract for this Service will be cancelled if customer terminates the related 5G Broadband plan or after the expiry of the related 5G Broadband plan contract (if applicable), customer shall return the designated router with full packing, accessories and user guide within 14 days to designated 3Shops, otherwise the designated liquidated damage fee would be charged (designated liquidated damage fee amount is subject to the router model, please refer to the Sales & Service Agreement and related registration form for details). If the Service is terminated before the expiry of the contract period for the Service, the customer shall return the designated router with full packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card on the same day and 3HK shall charge the customer early termination charges, which are the sum of the monthly fees for the Service for the remaining unexpired Service contract period. Otherwise, the Service will continue to be provided at the original Service fee (or at prevailing Service fee) per month upon expiry of the Service contract period till 5G Broadband Plan contract expiry.

Remarks:
  1. $250/request will be charged for reconnection of service due to overdue payment. (With effect from 01 June, 2020)
  2. Customer must visit any one of the 3Shop in person for any services e.g. complaint, service disconnection, reporting loss, any account enquiry, subscription of new service or change of service etc.
  3. A $25 Fee / handling fee for declined autopay will be charged. (With effect from 15 Apr, 2026)
  4. Customers can enjoy up to 1 times service fee waivers per year, a handling fee of $50 will be charged for each replacement request. (With effect from 1 May, 2026)
  5. Each paper bill issued to Multi‑SIM Monthly Plan primary SIM customers will be charged at HK$50 per copy. For consolidated statement account customers, paper bill charges will be calculated based on the number of associated accounts under one single mobile billing account . (With effect from 1 May 2026)
  6. A late charge fee of $20 will be charged per billing cycle if the bill is not settled by the due date. For details, please refer to the Mobile Communications Services Terms and Conditions (With effect from 1 Aug 2026)
