How to purchase

New customer

Buy SoSIM (at ParknShop, Watsons, MTR stations’ Hung Fook Tong / SoSIM eShop)
Insert the SIM card to mobile device to receive Real-name registration SMS, then complete registration using HKID.

This package is only applicable to customers aged 60 or above. Eligibility will be verified using SIM card’s real-nname registration (HKID) information.

Download SoSIM App and login account to buy package. Remember to register contact email, so that you can login to account on any device

You may use new SIM’s default service package first (50GB local data / 5 Days APAC Travel data), then purchase “SoJoy 360 Package” on the last day before local data package ends / immediately in account. The package will be activated instantly upon purchase. Don’t forget to go to Settings and turn off the auto renew for default/other local data package to avoid duplicate purchase

Current customers may directly login to account to purchase this package anytime / on the last day before current local package expires.
