Claim Procedures Step 1 Get your repair completed by the original phone manufacturer or Authorized Repair Centre.
Step 2 Fill out the claim form and include the official repair documents with Avo within 30 days of the occurrence of the incident causing the loss or damage. (The date of repair or replacement must fall within the applicable period for the Purchased Device.). Please click here to make the claim.
Step 3 Customers may also submit a claim by mail. For details, please refer to the claim application form.
Step 4 Once the claim is approved, it will be processed within 14 working days.

FAQ
Q1. Can I claim for any repair costs resulting from damage to the phone? This service only covers damage to the front screen and back cover of the phone due to accidental impact. Other parts of the phone are not included in the coverage.
Q2. Can I make a claim if I get the repair done by the original manufacturer or Authorized Repair Centre outside Hong Kong? No, the repair service must be handled by the original manufacturer, or an Authorized Repair Centre located in Hong Kong. Repairs done by any centre outside Hong Kong do not qualify for a claim.
Q3. Can the validity period of this service be extended? No, the coverage begins on the purchase date stated on the sales receipt and automatically after 12 months. |
