*This service offers a maximum replacement fee of $1,000 per case. If the fee exceeds $1,000, the customer is required to pay the difference to 3 Hong Kong. Note: If the device is still within the official warranty period or has been replaced by a third party, your device might not be covered by the original warranty after replacement. If you have any enquiries, please contact the official service center of the device.

Inspection and Replacement
Step 1
Purchase new handset through 3 Hong Kong and subscribe to this service at the same time
Step 2
If need to replacement handset screen and glass, please call or contact via WhatsApp authorised repairers to confirm replacement request
Step 3
Go to the authorised repairers service centre and the authorised repairers will check your handset status and provide replacement services. For details, please refer to T&C
Step 4
authorised repairers will provide the replacement service details and agree pick-up time with you
Q1. Do I have to purchase this service when I buy a new mobile?
Yes, you need to purchase this service when you buy a new mobile. You are not allowed to purchase this service with an unpacked or in-use mobile phone.
Q2. Can I purchase this service through online channels?
In order to ensure that the mobile phone is still in the latest unopened state when purchasing this service, this service currently only accepts purchases through stores.
Q3. Does the authorised repair centre have a commitment of maintenance time?
Authorised repairers will determine the lead time required for replacement according to the actual condition of your mobile, and that lead time provided shall prevail. Generally speaking, the replacement period of the fastest 1 hour / the latest 7 working days is provided.
