2. When I am in the UK, which mobile number shall I use?
If your mobile phone supports dual SIM card function, you can insert both HK SIM and UK SIM and set up the number you prefer for data and voice.

Voice minutes: In the UK, you can use the UK mobile number for contacting friends, schools, ordering meals, arrange delivery etc. and keep the HK mobile number active for receiving calls or SMS.
Data: In the UK, it is recommended to use the 6GB data in the UK SIM first, and use the HK-UK Sharing data in HK or UK as you see fit.

3. What will happen once I used up the HK-UK sharing data?
You can continue to use the data but the data speed will be reduced, and you can top up for more.


UK Mobile number

1. Can I use the UK SIM immediately when I arrive UK?
Yes. Please be reminded that you need to activate the SIM on or before Dec 31, 2025, otherwise it may become invalid. You can activate the UK SIM in Hong Kong (please turn on data roaming function of your mobile phone). Please note that any usage of the UK SIM in Hong Kong will be deducted from the UK SIM entitlement.
