Online Subscription Procedures

What are the benefits of subscribing online?
Online subscription can be done in just 5 minutes. The SIM card will be delivered to your home directly, making the process quick and simple. What’s more, you can enjoy privileges like bonus data, admin fee waiver, and monthly fee discounts!

Are there any hidden charges in online subscription?
All pricing details for the plans are clearly listed on our 3HK website, with no hidden charges.

My existing contract is not finished yet, how do I choose the "service start date"?
You can select the contract expiry date of your current service provider as your "3HK service start date". The actual start date will also depend on when you submit online documents and the approval status.
If you're unsure when your existing contract expires, we suggest the following:
Log in to your current service provider’s online account or mobile app to check
Visit retail stores or call the customer service hotline of your current service provider for assistance

Do I need to notify my current service provider when porting to 3HK?
No! Once you complete the online subscription, we will notify your current service provider.

What documents do I need to prepare for online subscription?
Please have your ID document and credit card information ready before starting the online subscription.
6.
Can I choose a new mobile number myself?
Yes! During the online subscription process, we will provide options for new phone numbers for you to choose from.

How do I know if I have successfully subscribed/ported in?
After completing the online subscription procedures, you will receive a confirmation email from 3HK.
8.
When will I receive my SIM card?
You will receive your 3HK SIM card within 3-5 working days at your registered address. Please note that actual delivery may be delayed due to various circumstances.

Payment Details

Do I need to make a prepayment when signing up?
New customers are required to prepay HK$100 by credit card for subscription. This prepayment will be credited to customers’ account on the first bill. (For customers applying for the "Member Referral Programme", an additional designated prepaid amount is required, which will be credited to your account in three installments.)
Service Details

How do I activate mainland China and Macau data in my monthly plan?
Simply enable the "Data Roaming" feature on your phone while in mainland China or Macau, and you can use the data with no SIM swaps, it’s very convenient!

How can I check my data usage and call minutes?
You can download and log-in to the My3 App to check the information like data usage and local voice minutes.
Free Value-Added Services: Caller Number Display, Call Waiting, Conference Call, Call Barring, VoiceMail, Roaming Default Call, Call Forward Bundle and Call Forward Minute Package
- Text (per item): "Text" includes Text Info services and Text-based content downloads.
- Multimedia (per item): "Multimedia" includes Picture MMS, Video MMS, Picture and Video content downloads and streaming.
^ The 16GB monthly local data of $88 monthly plan includes 5GB basic monthly local data entitlement and 11GB bonus data during contract period. The 20GB monthly local data of $98 monthly plan includes 12 GB basic monthly local data entitlement and 8GB monthly bonus port-in data during contract period.
# Applicable to port-in customers with a contract commitment of 24 months.
▲ When monthly mobile data usage exceeds the fair data usage of the monthly plan, data service will continue, but the thereafter data access speed (upload and download) will be restricted to not more than 128 kbps ($88 monthly plan)/ 2Mbps ($98 monthly plan).
≤ When monthly mobile data usage reaches the data entitlement 5GB ($120 monthly plan), data service will continue. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the network conditions and your data service experience may be affected before the next bill cycle date.
★ The admin fee is $28 monthly. Customer can enjoy $18 waiver during the contract period and pay the balance of $10 fee per month.
♢ The free mainland China-Macau shared data provided with $88 monthly plans will be charged with the original monthly plan fee at $76/month after the contract expires.
❖Customer is required to successfully linked up the relevant MoneyBack account ("MB App Account") to the 3HK postpaid service account ("3HK Account") of the customer via My3 App ("3HK Platforms") for related MoneyBack Points collection. 800 MoneyBack Points in total will be credited into customer’s registered MoneyBack account by MoneyBack Hong Kong in two tranches: 500 MoneyBack Points will be credited within 30 days of 3HK mobile service activation date; and 300 MoneyBack Points will be collected via My3 App by instalments of designated month during contract period. No MoneyBack points can be earned if the subscription with 3HK is canceled or terminated within 30 days of subscription date. Offer is valid until 31 Dec 2024.
