Terms and Conditions of Flash Offer for Selected Existing Customers:

4G $54 SIM優惠月費計劃只適用於收到指定推廣短訊或電郵之3香港特選客戶加開新線。優惠名額有限及先到先得，額滿即止，詳情請向店員查詢。優惠期有限，至另行通知。
4G $54 SIM Offer is only applicable to 3HK selected existing customers who received designated promotional SMS or email to open new mobile line. Offers is subject to limited quotas and available on a first-come-first-served basis, please contact retail staff for details. Offer valid until further notice.

合資格客戶須以同名選購指定4G 21M SIM月費計劃，簽訂24個月合約，並於2020年12月31日前成功啟用服務。此月費計劃之最高下載速度為4G 21Mbps，並將受下列因素影響而有所不同：網絡設定及規格、網絡覆蓋範圍及使用量、使用者的設備及軟件、傳輸技術及其他相關因素。須配合相兼容之流動裝置使用。
Customer is required to subscribe designated 4G 21M SIM Monthly Plan under same name, commit to 24 months contract and successfully activate the service on or before 31 Dec 2020. The maximum download speed of this monthly plan is 4G 21Mbps and it may be affected and varied by the following factors: network setting and specification, network coverage and usage level, user's device and software, transmission technology and other relevant factors. Compatible mobile device is required.

客戶可於合約期內豁免每月$18行政費。
Admin fee of $18 per month is waived during contract period.

月費$54為扣除合約期內指定月費回贈每月$54後之月費(原價$108)，指定回贈金額將於合約期內回贈至客戶之賬戶內。合約期後將按月收取扣除回贈前之月費(或以當時月費為準)。
Monthly fee $54 is net monthly fee after deducting monthly fee rebate $54 (original monthly fee at $108) and monthly fee rebate will be credited to customer's billing account by instalments during contract period. Monthly fee will be charged at the original plan fee (or at prevailing plan fee) after contract expired.

5GB本地數據包指定4G 21M SIM 月費計劃之基本本地數據每月3GB及合約期內每月額外2GB攜號轉台數據（須成功攜號轉台）。
5GB local data included the data entitlement of designed 4G 21M SIM Monthly Plan of basic monthly 3GB local data and monthly 2GB bonus local data during contract period for port-in customers (successful port-in from mobile operator is required).

SIM月費須預繳$100 SIM咭費用，並於客戶用滿一個月後退回帳戶作扣除月費使用。
Cancellation Fee/ Liquidated Damage during contract period: $108 x the remaining months of the contract

本地通話分鐘包括2,000基本及1,000心連心(分鐘) 。
Monthly local voice minutes includes 2,000 basic and 1,000 Heart-to-Heart (minutes).

客戶於合約期內提前終止流動電話服務或相關額外服務組合(如適用)，客戶須繳付指定抵償金予本公司。
In case of early termination of service plan or value added service plan (if applicable) during the contract period for whatsoever reasons, a liquidated damage fee will be charged by 3HK.

當數據用量快將用完時，客戶會收到有關數據用量之短訊提示。數據用量一經購買，有關費用恕不退還。客戶可透過 www.three.com.hk/3Care 逐次增值額外數據用量於該月餘下時間至截數日前使用。任何剩餘數據用量不能累積至下一個賬單月。當數據用量用完時，流動數據服務會被暫停。有關每月逐次增值收費，詳情請瀏覽不時更新之網頁 https://web.three.com.hk/data/topupdatapack/index.html。
An SMS alert will be sent to customer when data usage nearly reaches the limit of subscribed data services. Customer may purchase flexi data top-up options through www.three.com.hk/3Care_eng which can be used for the remaining period of the month before bill cut-off date. Once the top-up data has been purchased, the related payment will not be refunded. Any unused data usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month. If data usage has reached the limit of subscribed data services, data usage will be automatically suspended. For the flexi data top-up charges, please visit https://web.three.com.hk/data/topupdatapack/index-en.html as maybe updated by us from time to time.

除非另有註明，所有使用量及收費只適用於本地服務。
Unless otherwise specified, the usage entitlement and fee of the monthly plan apply to local services only.
