1. Upon subscription, Roaming & IDD service will be activated automatically. Please visit www.three.com.hk/roaminge for details of Roaming & IDD service. Staff is entitled to use 10 days RoamLite Pass (“Daily Pass”) within 24 months from the date of the mobile service becomes effective (“Usage Period”), and will be forfeited upon expiration. Staff can use any 10 days Daily Pass in designated destinations (includes Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Australia and U.S.A. within the Usage Period. Subsequent travel data usage in designated destinations on designated networks will be charged according to Daily Pass (Original price at $98/day). Usage of travel data through designated network in other destinations other than designated destinations will be charged according to Daily Pass (Original price at $98/day). Daily Pass is chargeable on a daily basis and will not be pro-rated even if the Daily Pass is activated and terminated within the same day. A day means from 00:00 to 23:59 (Hong Kong time) regardless of the physical location of a customer. Usage of Daily Pass in different destinations within the same day will be charged according to the number of destinations. Data usage incurred on non Daily Pass networks but covered by Data Roaming Daily Pass will be charged at the rate of Data Roaming Daily Pass. The 500MB threshold is counted on a daily basis regardless of destination. If customer uses Daily Pass in more than one destination within a day, customer will be charged based on the number of Daily Pass destinations, but the total data entitlement will be capped at 500MB daily for all the destinations. The data speed will be adjusted to not higher than 256kbps when the data roaming usage reaches 500MB. Daily Pass only includes data transmission charges. Hutchison Telephone Company Limited ("3HK") reserves the rights to amend the charges and terms and conditions (including but not limited to designated destinations and designated networks, their coverage, system compatibility and other relevant conditions of the designated networks) of The Service and to suspend or terminate any part of The Service at any time without prior notice, especially in case where roaming partner terminates cooperation with 3HK. 3HK shall have the final decision in case of any dispute.
