  1. The term "Special Zones" used in this content now covers Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Fuoshan, Zhuhai, Shaoguan, Dongguan, Zhanjiang, Zhongshan, Zhaoqing, Huizhou, Shantou, Jiangmen, Shunde, Jieyang, Chaozhou, Meizhou, Qingyuan, Maoming, Yangjiang, Heyuan and Shanwei).
  2. An additional charge of $0.98/min will be applied to all received incoming calls to the Mainland China or Macau secondary numbers when the customer is located in Hong Kong or using any mobile networks other than the Mainland China Unicom network in Mainland China or using roaming service overseas. While the customer is located in Macau, an additional charge of $0.98/min will be applied to all received incoming calls to the Mainland China secondary number. If the customer is located in any of the Special Zones, an additional charge of $0.98/msg will be applied to sending SMS to Macau numbers. If the customer is located in Macau and is sending SMS to Hong Kong numbers, such SMS will be charged according to the original basic plan subscribed for by the Customer.
  3. The monthly fee for the "1-Card-Multi-Number"service will be billed and charged automatically immediately after the first 2-month service fee waiver period (subject to the then prevailing monthly fee for the "1-Card-Multi-Number"service).
  4. 20 free minutes to Mainland China is only applicable to IDD prefix 1968 (by dialing 1968 + country code + area code + telephone number). If a customer uses "+", "Redial" or "001", the standard IDD 001 charges shall apply. IDD free minutes will be offered and calculated on the basis of the actual number of days for which the relevant subscriber subscribes for the "1-Card-Multi-Number"service and thus the free IDD minutes offered to the subscriber for the first and last months of the subscription period for the "1-Card-Multi-Number"service shall be on a pro-rata basis. The unused or expired free minutes for each of the subscription months for the "1-Card-Multi-Number"service cannot be accumulated for use for the next month but will be cancelled accordingly upon the expiry of each subscription month. This 20 free minutes offer will be terminated simultaneously upon the termination of the "1-Card-Multi-Number" service.

  • Itinerary Card is a service introduced by Mainland China that allow an owner of a China mobile number to inquire his/her journey history to different countries, regions or inbound cities of the past 7 days. Itinerary Card should be presented when a person goes to public areas and takes public transport in Mainland China.
  • Customers must have a China mobile number in order to activate Itinerary Card. All customers¬†of Mainland China Number Service / Mainland China & HK 1-Card-2-Number / Mainland China-HK-Macau 1-Card-Multi-Number may activate Itinerary Card for FREE by dialing *#132#. No extra registration is needed.
How can I cancel my authorization of Itinerary Card?
  • You may call 3Service Hotline at 1033 to cancel your authorization at any time.
  • Once authorization is canceled, service of Itinerary Card will be terminated, unless re-authorizaton is obtained.
