1. Customers are required to subscribe to a designated 5G SIM monthly plan with a contract period of 30 months or more and pay an administration fee of $28 per month. The customer must purchase the designated phone model and subscribe to the 5G SIM monthly plan at the same time. Each monthly plan subscription can avail the offer once.
