How to grab tickets

Eligibility: New customers who successfully subscribe and activate, or existing customers who successfully renew or upgrade 👉🏼 the new "5G Data Roam Like Home Monthly Plan (HK-Japan or mainland China-HK-Macau-Japan)" between 22 October and 30 November 2024

Ticket grab date: 6 December at 12:00 noon, log in to My3 App to grab tickets
Prize: Each winner can get free YOASOBI concert tickets ― 2x $1,180 standing tickets or 2x $980 seated tickets (Total 48 winners)
Prize redemption method: Winners will be informed of the prize redemption arrangement individually via confirmation SMS or email

- Customers are required to commit to designated monthly plan and/or value-added service with not less than a 24-month contract period. Customers are required to activate service plan on or before November 30, 2024.

Notice on Ticket Redemption

Winners will be informed of the prize redemption arrangement individually via confirmation SMS or email.
Winners are required to bring the confirmation SMS or email, along with your HKID card and present them to the staff at a designated 3Shop within the give date to redeem the tickets.
All tickets must be collected in person. No proxy collection is allowed.
If winner fails to collect the ticket at the designated 3Shop on or before the collection deadlilne, the offered tickets will be forfeited and the tickets will not be reissued.

Notice to Ticket-Winners

Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.
Tickets (include date, location and ticket type) will be randomly allocated, and winners will only know their ticket details upon collection.
Please make sure the personal information provided during monthly plan subscription is correct. No change of submitted information (e.g HKID and email address) is allowed upon transaction under any circumstances.
A confirmation SMS and email will be sent to all winners. Customers can also call 1033 or visit 3Shop to inquire with staff.
All tickets are non-transferable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
If ticket is lost, damaged, defaced or stolen, 3HK and the organiser will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. Please keep it carefully.

Other terms and conditions

Tickets are limited in quantity, and available while stock last. Each account can win a maximum of two tickets.
All times are based on Hong Kong time and 3HK's server.
The concert event is not organized or provided by or on behalf of 3HK. 3HK makes no representation or warranty as to any aspects of the event and shall not be responsible for any other matters in relation thereto.
In the event of any dispute, 3HK reserves the sole right to make the final decision
If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
