My existing contract is not finished yet, how do I choose the "service start date"?
You can select the contract expiry date of your current service provider as your "3HK service start date". The actual start date will also depend on when you submit online documents and the approval status.
If you're unsure when your existing contract expires, we suggest the following:
- Log in to your current service provider’s online account or mobile app to check
- Visit retail stores or call the customer service hotline of your current service provider for assistance

Do I need to notify my current service provider when porting to 3HK?
No! Once you complete the online subscription, we will notify your current service provider.

What documents do I need to prepare for online subscription?
Please have your ID document and credit card information ready before starting the online subscription.

Can I choose a new mobile number myself?
Yes! During the online subscription process, we will provide options for new phone numbers for you to choose from.

How do I know if I have successfully subscribed/ported in?
After completing the online subscription procedures, you will receive a confirmation email from 3HK.

When will I receive my SIM card?
You will receive your 3HK SIM card within 3-5 working days at your registered address. Please note that actual delivery may be delayed due to various circumstances.

Do I need to make a prepayment when signing up?
New customers are required to prepay HK$100 by credit card for subscription. This prepayment will be credited to customers’ account on the first bill. (For customers applying for the "Member Referral Programme", an additional designated prepaid amount is required, which will be credited to your account in three installments.)
