Application steps of credit card autopay service

Follow steps below to register via My3 App:
Login to My3 App, and press the right top icon to open customer service page
Click "Info & Support" from the customer service page
Click "Apply / Update Autopay"
Click "Confirm" from the "Apply / Update Autopay" page and you will receive an "One Time Password (OTP)" from SMS
Enter the "One Time Password" and click "Confirm"
Enter the credit card number you want to use for autopay and click "Submit"
Please double-check your information, and click "Confirm"

Registration completed. The autopay service will be effective from the next bill date.
^The offer is only applicable to customer who successfully subscribe for 3 Hong Kong's mobile bill autopay service with Eligible Citi Credit Cards within the Promotion Period, activate autopay for his/her mobile service bill within 3 months upon successful subscription for the service, and remain subscribed and settle the mobile service bill via autopay for 12 consecutive months or above. The offer is limited to the first 2,000 successful autopay service applications during the Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota is available.
