Online Subscription Procedures
1.	What are the benefits of subscribing online? Online subscription can be done in just 5 minutes. The SIM card will be delivered to your home directly, making the process quick and simple. What’s more, you can enjoy privileges like bonus data, admin fee waiver, and monthly fee discounts!
2.	Are there any hidden charges in online subscription? All pricing details for the plans are clearly listed on our 3HK website, with no hidden charges.
3.	My existing contract is not finished yet, how do I choose the "service start date"? You can select the contract expiry date of your current service provider as your "3HK service start date". The actual start date will also depend on when you submit online documents and the approval status. If you're unsure when your existing contract expires, we suggest the following: Log in to your current service provider’s online account or mobile app to check Visit retail stores or call the customer service hotline of your current service provider for assistance
4.	Do I need to notify my current service provider when porting to 3HK? No! Once you complete the online subscription, we will notify your current service provider.
5.	What documents do I need to prepare for online subscription? Please have your ID document and credit card information ready before starting the online subscription.
6.	Can I choose a new mobile number myself? Yes! During the online subscription process, we will provide options for new phone numbers for you to choose from.
7.	How do I know if I have successfully subscribed/ported in? After completing the online subscription procedures, you will receive a confirmation email from 3HK.
8.	When will I receive my SIM card? You will receive your 3HK SIM card within 3-5 working days at your registered address. Please note that actual delivery may be delayed due to various circumstances.
9.	If I have other questions after my subscription, who can I contact for help? Feel free to call the 3Service hotline on 1033 or download the My3 App to use the 3iChat online support for any enquiries.
Payment Details
1.	Do I need to make a prepayment when signing up? New customers are required to prepay HK$100 by credit card for subscription. This prepayment will be credited to customers’ account on the first bill. (For customers applying for the "Member Referral Programme", an additional designated prepaid amount is required, which will be credited to your account in three installments.)
Service Details
1.	How do I activate mainland China and Macau data in my monthly plan? Simply enable the "Data Roaming" feature on your phone while in mainland China or Macau, and you can use the data with no SIM swaps, it’s very convenient!
2.	How can I check my data usage and call minutes? You can download and log-in to the My3 App to check the information like data usage and local voice minutes.

Terms and conditions

5G network experience may be affected due to various factors including but not limited to network setting/specification or coverage, the features or functionality of individual mobile device, transmission technology, network traffic and usage, speed of websites servers, service stability of other content providers, weather and other circumstantial factors (e.g. blockades such as buildings, mountains, tunnels) which may lead to radio interference. Subject to 5G Service Terms and Conditions of 3 Hong Kong. Compatible mobile device is required for 5G data.

≤ The 30GB monthly local data of $124 monthly plan includes 15 GB basic monthly local data entitlement and 15GB monthly bonus data during contract period. Extra Free 5GB local data for selected customers. The 50GB monthly local data of $148 monthly plan includes 15GB basic monthly local data entitlement and 35GB monthly bonus local data during contract period. Extra Free 5GB local data for selected customer. The 60GB local data of $188 monthly plan includes 15GB monthly basic local data entitlement of and 45GB monthly bonus local data during contract period. Extra Free 5GB local data for selected customer.
▲ When monthly mobile data usage exceeds the fair data usage of 35GB ($124 monthly plan) / 55GB ($148 monthly plan)/ 65GB ($188 monthly plan, data service will continue, but the thereafter data access speed (upload and download) will be restricted to not more than 1Mbps.
♢ Applicable during contract period. A customer cannot enjoy both local bonus data offers of the credit card and MoneyBack at the same time.
❖Customer is required to successfully linked up the relevant MoneyBack account ("MB App Account") to the 3HK postpaid service account ("3HK Account") of the customer via My3 App ("3HK Platforms") for related MoneyBack Points collection. 800 MoneyBack Points in total will be credited into customer’s registered MoneyBack account by MoneyBack Hong Kong in two tranches: 500 MoneyBack Points will be credited within 30 days of 3HK mobile service activation date; and 300 MoneyBack Points will be collected via My3 App by instalments of designated month during contract period. No MoneyBack points can be earned if the subscription with 3HK is canceled or terminated within 30 days of subscription date. Offer is valid until 31 Dec 2024. Offer is subjected to related terms and conditions. 3HK reserve the right to change the MoneyBack points reward scheme offer at any time without prior notice. Customers are required to subscribe to a designated SIM monthly plan, commit to a 24-month contract ($124/ $148 monthly plan) / 28-month contract ($188 monthly plan) and pay an $28 admin fee per month. $124 monthly fee is net monthly fee after deducting the $104 monthly fee rebate (original monthly fee: $228). $148 monthly fee is net monthly fee after deducting the $80 monthly fee rebate (original monthly fee: $228). Average $168 monthly fee is net monthly fee after deducting monthly fee rebate $40 per month and extra rebate of average $20 per month (total rebate in $564) (original monthly fee $228). Monthly fee rebate will be credited to customer's billing account by instalments during contract period. Customers will be charged with the original monthly plan fee (or at prevailing plan fee) after the contract expires. If the contract is terminated before the contract expiry for any reason, the customer is required to pay an early termination charge equivalent to the monthly service fees multiplied by the number of months remaining in the contract period.
