5G broadband offers a no-wiring, no-installation, plug-and-play service. It's especially suitable for homes in old buildings, Chinese tenement houses, village houses, detached houses, or remote areas. Even when you move, you don't need to pay relocation fees or waste time arranging technicians for installation. Simply take your 5G router to your new home and start using it immediately—fast and convenient.
5G broadband supports designated original factory 5G wireless router models. Customers can choose to rent, purchase, or bring their own router depending on the broadband plan. Current 3HK 5G Broadband offers include a 5G router, so customers can use it directly.
If the 5G router is damaged during the contract period, free repair or replacement can be arranged depending on the situation.
When using 3HK's 5G Broadband service, you don't need to notify or update your address after moving.
Online Subscription Procedures
Online subscription takes just a few minutes. The 5G Router (with SIM card) will be delivered to you for free, —fast and convenient! Plus, some 5G broadband offers are exclusive to online registration, so don't miss out!
All pricing details are clearly listed on the 3HK website, with no hidden charges.
Please have your ID document and credit card information ready before online subscription.
After completing the online subscription process, you will receive a confirmation email from 3HK.
You will receive the 3HK 5G Router (with SIM card) within 5-7 working days at your specified address. Please note that the actual delivery schedule may be delayed due to various circumstances. We will contact you prior to delivery.
After receiving the router, simply insert the SIM card and connect to Wi-Fi—no installation required.

Customers must return the designated router, including all packaging, accessories and the user guide to the designated return point within 14 days of the 5G Broadband monthly plan ending or being cancelled. For details, please refer to the Sales & Service Agreement and related registration form.
Payment Details
New customers are required to prepay HK$100 by credit card for the subscription. This prepayment will be credited to the customers' account on the first bill.
Online Subscription Guide
Choose your preferred 5G Broadband monthly plan offer, then click "Subscribe Now."
Confirm your desired contract period, then click Next.
Review the summary page, which displays the details of your selected monthly plan and any required prepayment. If everything looks correct and you agree to the terms and conditions, click "Subscribe Now."
Register your account using your email address. If you already have an account, you can log in using your existing password or a one-time password.
Select your service activation date.
Upload your identity document for real-name registration. After uploading, the system will automatically fill in your personal details. You can manually correct them if needed. Then enter your mobile number to receive SMS verification.
Enter your delivery address. The SIM card and 5G router (if applicable) will be delivered free of charge within 5–7 working days after successful subscription. Actual delivery time may be delayed due to various factors. We will contact you before delivery.
The system will automatically use your delivery address as your billing address. You can manually change it if necessary.
Set up automatic payment via AlipayHK or credit card to avoid late payments and extra charges. You can also enable the "MoneyBack Points Auto-Payment Service" to pay bills with points and earn more rewards.
Read the Sales & Service Agreement and related terms and conditions. If everything is correct, sign to confirm.
After signing the contract, choose your payment method to settle any required fees.
Once the transaction is successful, a confirmation page will appear showing your transaction number.
