1. Do I need to install My3 App in order to link up with my MoneyBack App account, earn and use MoneyBack Points?
Yes. Customers must install My3 App.
2. Where can I download My3 App?
You can search in the App Store, Google play or HUAWEI AppGallery by entering "My3 App" in the search bar.
3. How to log in to My3 App?
After opening My3 App, click "Login" on the upper right corner, then click "Set/Forgot Password". Follow the instructions to enter the correct mobile phone number, registered Hong Kong ID card number and date of birth, then click "OK" to set up personal login password. Once you have successfully set up your My3 App login password, you can log in with your mobile phone number and password.
4. Why am I unable to link the MoneyBack App account?
The MoneyBack App account you are linked to must be registered with the same mobile phone number as My3 App account. If they are not the same, you can update the registered mobile phone number of your MoneyBack App account, or create a new MoneyBack App account with the same mobile phone number as My3 App account.
5. Why is there an error message when trying to link MoneyBack App account?
Error messages appear when the number of verification code requests are too frequent. Please press "Resend the verification code" after 15 minutes. If the number of requests has reached the daily limit, the account will be frozen. Please try again after 30 minutes. If you need assistance, please contact MoneyBack.
6. If I have several MoneyBack accounts, can I link all of them to My3 App?
No, every My3 App account can only link to one MoneyBack account. Both accounts must be registered with the same mobile phone number.
7. If I'm not a member of MoneyBack, How can I register and link up MoneyBack App account?
You can click "MoneyBack" button in My3 App homepage, and then click “Register & Link Up MoneyBack Account” to complete MoneyBack App account registration. You will link up My3 App and MoneyBack App successfully after registration.

1. Why am I unable to link the MoneyBack App account?
The mobile phone number on your HSBC record must be the same as the MoneyBack App to link up successfully. If they are not the same, you can update the registered mobile phone number in your MoneyBack App account, or create a new MoneyBack App account with the mobile phone number registered at HSBC.
2. How can I update my registered mobile number in my MoneyBack App?
Select "Account" from the bottom navigation bar of the MoneyBack App, then choose "Settings" to edit your personal information.
