  • Dedicated hotline and guaranteed to deliver to you in 6 hours^
  • Customers can switch their watches at most twice in the 2-year contract period OR Non-contract customers can switch their watches at most twice in 12 months
^ We guarantee to deliver to you the substitute device in as fast as 6 hours, subject to the time of order confirmed and the terms and conditions. We will refund you the switch or replacement fee if we cannot deliver to you in guaranteed delivery time. The substitute device we provide will be a refurbished device, without the original packaging and without any accessories. Registered device can be switched to same model or same generation and price range, subject to availability.
