2 Terms and Conditions:
*Customers can enjoy a free trial and discontinue the service any time during the first month. After the free trial, the contract will continue for the remaining 23 months by default.
*A replacement fee (22% of the suggested retail price at the time of device registration) will be charged when a replacement is requested.
*A replacement fee (3% of the suggested retail price at the time of device registration) will be charged when a screen replacement is requested.
*For the $29/$49 service plans, the service will continue to be provided thereafter at ($39/$59) per month (on the basis of one month contract periods) after the 24-month Handset Switch Service contract period expires until customer requests termination. It allows customers to have a maximum of 2 switches/screen replacements during the service period.
*For the $59 service plan, the service will continue to be provided thereafter at ($69) per month (on the basis of one month contract periods) after the 24-month Handset Switch Service contract period expires until customer requests termination. It allows customers to have unlimited switches and 2 screen replacements during the service period.
*The "First month free trial" is only available for new customers applying the service for the first time.

Q1. What is the difference between "Handset Replacement" and "Handset Switch"?
  1. "Handset Switch" requires the customer to provide the original mobile phone; "Handset Replacement" does not require the customer to provide the original mobile phone for replacement.
  2. A switch fee will be charged for using "Handset Switch" (22% of the suggested retail price of the device when registering the device); a replacement fee will be charged for using "Handset Replacement" (70% of the suggested retail price of the device when registering the device)
  3. "Handset Switch" provides refurbished mobile phones; "Handset Replacement" provides brand new mobile phones, without the original packaging and without any accessories.

Q3. Can I request a change to another phone for this Handset Switch Service?

The system will guide you to take a picture with the front camera facing the mirror. It will give instructions to help you point the phone at the correct position during the process. After completion, the system will display the result and send you an email notification.
Q4. Why does the system keep showing that submission failed during the process for updating IMEI number?
Generally speaking, the overall shooting environment (such as sufficient light source) and the condition of the phone screen (such as scratches or reflections from the screen protector) will affect the judgment of the system. It is recommended that the phone does not have screen protector installed and be kept clean. If the system still shows failure, please contact service hotline at 5803 2497 or WhatsApp 9536 9598 from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) from 9:00 am to 6:00 am.
Q5. How can I obtain the IMEI number for updating?
You can enter "*#06#" and press the call button, the screen will then display the phone's IMEI. If the screen displays more than one IMEI number, please take the first one.
Q6. Is there a limit for updating my phone's IMEI number for this service?
Yes, only one additional update is available for each Handset Switch Service.
Q7. Will the service help back up the data for my device?
This service will be carried out via To-Door delivery in the form of an instant phone switch. You are recommended to back up your data first before requesting a switch of device.
Q8. What is the basis for determining the service price ranges from $29 to $59?
The price of this service will be determined based on your device model. For details, please refer to the "Eligible Models" section of this page.
Q9. I joined the $59 Unlimited Switch Plan, can I switch the phone screen with unlimited times?
You can switch handset with an unlimited number of times, while screen replacement is up to 2 times every 12 months.
