Click here to download MoneyBack App and register a MoneyBack App account with the 5G Broadband mobile no.
If you are using other CPE models, you may insert the 5G Broadband SIM card in your mobile phone to receive SMS for OTP and My3 App activation
Link up MoneyBack App account with My3 App

Login to My3 App and click the right arrow
The My3 App login account and password will be sent to your registered email address. Customer is required to change the default password the first time you login, an a one-off 'Activation code' will be sent to your 5G Broadband mobile no. via SMS to activate your My3 App account.

Click "Link Up Now"

Input MoneyBack App account. Click "Send verification code"
*The MoneyBack App account you are linked to must be registered with the same mobile phone number as My3 App account. If they are not the same, you can update the registered mobile phone number of MoneyBack App account, or create a new MoneyBack App account with the same mobile phone number as My3 App account.
