Online Subscription Procedures
1.	What are the benefits of subscribing online? Online subscription can be done in just five minutes. The 5G Router (with SIM card) will be delivered to you at no additional charge, making the process quick and simple.
2.	Are there any hidden charges in online subscription? All pricing details for the plans are clearly listed on the 3HK website, with no hidden charges.
3.	What documents do I need to prepare for online subscription? Please have your ID document and credit card information ready before starting the online subscription.
4.	How do I know if I have successfully subscribed/ported in? After completing the online subscription process, you will receive a confirmation email from 3HK.
5.	When will I receive my 5G Router (with SIM card)? You will receive the 3HK 5G Router (with SIM card) within 5-7 working days at your specified address. Please note that the actual delivery schedule may be delayed due to various circumstances. We will contact you prior to delivery.
6.	If I have other questions after my subscription, who can I contact for help? Feel free to call the 3Service hotline on 1033 or download the My3 App to use the 3iChat online support for any enquiries.
7.	After the 5G Broadband monthly plan ends/cancels, how do I return the device/accessories? Customers must return the designated router, including all packaging, accessories and the user guide to the designated return point within 14 days of the 5G Broadband monthly plan ending or being cancelled. For details, please refer to the Sales & Service Agreement and related registration form.
Payment Details
1.	Do I need to make a prepayment when signing up? New customers are required to prepay HK$100 by credit card for the subscription. This prepayment will be credited to customers’ account on the first bill.

With this App, you can connect to designated 5G Wi-Fi routers from SUPREME and 3 Hong Kong to set up Wi-Fi with ease, search the best network location inside your premises, check data usage, and receive various deals.

Download the app through official channels only to reduce the risk of your mobile device being hacked.

≤ Once the mobile data usage reaches 500GB, data service will continue but will be subject to the maximum download speed of the 5G network. Fewer network resources may be allocated based on network conditions which may affect your data service experience until the end of the billing cycle.
v Only applicable to designated 5G Broadband monthly plan and designated Wi-Fi 6 5G Router models. Photos are for reference only. The final router model is subject to availability. Customers are required to commit to a designated contract.

Upon successful activation of the 5G Broadband Monthly Plan service, extra MoneyBack Points will be evenly distributed to customer's 5G Broadband Monthly Plan mobile/service number Account ("3HK account") over the 3rd to 7th month within the contract period. Each account number can enjoy the offer only once. Customers are required to link their relevant MoneyBack account to their 3HK account via the designated 3HK platform (" My3 App") to collect MoneyBack Points. No MoneyBack Points will be distributed if the subscription to 3HK is cancelled or terminated within 30 days of the subscription date. Designated MoneyBack Points are required to be collected via the Company Platform within 30 days of receiving the SMS or email notification (details are provided in the notification content). Extra Money Back Points will not apply to the auto-renewal of the contract term. 3HK reserves the right to change the MoneyBack Points reward scheme for different plans at any time without prior notice.
