After completing the online subscription process, you will receive a confirmation email from 3HK.

You will receive the 3HK 5G Router (with SIM card) within 5-7 working days at your specified address. Please note that the actual delivery schedule may be delayed due to various circumstances. We will contact you prior to delivery.

After the 5G Broadband monthly plan ends/cancels, how do I return the device/accessories?
Customers must return the designated router, including all packaging, accessories and the user guide to the designated return point within 14 days of the 5G Broadband monthly plan ending or being cancelled. For details, please refer to the Sales & Service Agreement and related registration form.

Do I need to make a prepayment when signing up?
New customers are required to prepay HK$100 by credit card for the subscription. This prepayment will be credited to customers’ account on the first bill.
