What is the basic monthly fee?

Each monthly plan has a basic monthly fee. It is calculated by deducting the basic monthly rebate from the original plan price during the contract period. It does not include any online subscription or port-in rebate.

How is the average monthly fee calculated?

The average monthly fee is calculated by deducting any online subscription or port-in rebate from the basic monthly fee, then dividing by the contract period. This helps users compare different 5G plans. The actual rebate details can be found in the terms and conditions. Example: Basic monthly fee is $124. With a 30-month contract and a 1-month monthly fee waiver: (($124 x 30-mth) - ($124 x 1-mth)) / 30-mth = average monthly fee $120

My existing contract is not finished yet, how do I choose the "service start date"?

You can select the contract end date of your current service provider as your "3HK service start date". The actual service start date will also depend on the submission date of your documents and the approval status. If you are unsure of your current contract end date, we suggest the following: Log in to your current service provider's online account or mobile app to check Visit retail stores or call the customer service hotline of your current service provider for assistance

Do I need to notify my current service provider when porting to 3HK?

No. After you complete online number porting registration, we will notify your current service provider on your behalf. Check our latest porting offers today.

What documents do I need to prepare for WORLD PLAN online subscription?

Please have your ID document and credit card information ready before starting the online subscription.

Can I choose a new mobile number myself?

Yes! During the online subscription process, we will provide options for new phone numbers for you to choose from.

How do I know if I have successfully subscribed or ported in?

After completing the online subscription procedures, you will receive a confirmation email from 3HK.

When will I receive the SIM card for my monthly plan?

For a physical SIM, you will receive your 3HK SIM card within 3-5 working days at your registered address. Please note that actual delivery may be delayed due to various circumstances. For an eSIM, you will receive an eSIM installation QR code via email.

If I have other questions after my subscription, who can I contact for help?

With eSIM, you can connect to the network simply by scanning the QR code provided by 3HK. A physical SIM card is not required. It is easy to activate and set up, allows convenient switching between SIMs, and eliminates worries about losing or damaging your SIM card. Some mobile devices provide one physical SIM slot only; if they support eSIM, you can still use two SIMs simultaneously.

Will there be any impact if I switch from a physical SIM to eSIM?

There will be no impact when switching from a physical SIM to eSIM. The port-in process is relatively equivalent; the sole difference is the method of receiving the SIM card.

Do I need to make a prepayment when signing up for WORLD PLAN?

New customers are required to make a HK$100 credit card deposit, which will be credited back to their mobile account in the first billing cycle. Additional deposits may apply for the Member Referral Programme and will be refunded in instalments according to the applicable terms and conditions.

How can I check my data usage and call minutes?

You can download and log in to the My3 App to check information such as data usage and local voice minutes.
