How can I view the device’s location, historical route, and alert messages?
You can access the website (https://t.firoam.com) through a computer’s web browser, or you can search for and download the QuadTrack app on your mobile phone via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2.
Can a single tracker be added to multiple accounts at the same time?
No, a tracker can only be added to one account at a time. However, you can share the tracker’s real-time location with others by using the location-sharing feature.
3.
What is the difference between live-tracking mode and power-saving mode?
Live-Tracking mode: The device locates itself at set intervals, enters sleep mode after remaining stationary for 3 minutes, and automatically wakes up to continue locating when movement is detected. Power-Saving mode: The device locates itself at set intervals, shuts down within 3 minutes after completing the location process, and automatically turns on at the start of the next interval. This mode conserves more power but cannot execute real-time commands (such as flashing lights or beeping).

How accurate is the positioning?
The accuracy depends on the positioning method: GPS: 0–20 meters (0–60 feet) Wi-Fi: 20–100 meters (60–300 feet) Cellular network: 100–2000 meters (300 feet–1 mile) GPS offers the best positioning accuracy when used outdoors with a clear view of the sky.

iOS Setup Procedure
  • Step 1:
    Download the Petcube App from the App Store.
  • Step 2:
    Connect Petcube to a power source and wait up to 1 minute until the LED starts blinking green.
  • Step 3:
    Open the Petcube App and log in or sign up for a Petcube account.
  • Step 4:
    Tap the Plus icon in the upper-right corner and select Petcube Play 2 from the device list.
  • Step 5:
    When prompted, connect to the device and select the shop Wi-Fi network.
  • Step 6:
    Enter the Wi-Fi password carefully. The password is case-sensitive.
  • Step 7:
    Wait until the LED light becomes solid white. The camera is then online and ready for demo.
  • Step 8:
    If a firmware update starts, do not disconnect the device. The update may take around 5 minutes after download.
Android Setup Procedure
  • Step 1:
    Download the Petcube App from Google Play Store.
  • Step 2:
    Connect Petcube to a power source and wait up to 1 minute until the LED starts pulsing/blinking green.
  • Step 3:
    Open the Petcube App and log in or sign up for a Petcube account.
  • Step 4:
    Turn on Bluetooth before continuing.
  • Step 5:
    Tap the Plus icon in the upper-right corner and select Petcube Play 2 from the device list.
  • Step 6:
    Follow the on-screen instructions, select the shop Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password.
  • Step 7:
    When the LED becomes solid white, the camera is online and ready.
