申請「世界PLAN」就唔需要任何準備，免換卡免設定，按平時上網一樣，確保手機開啟漫遊數據，到步後一開手機就會自動連線，海外漫遊、國際漫遊就會自動啟動，漫遊上網一take過。

可以，「世界PLAN」指定數據計劃可加購一張副SIM，做到一個數據計劃兩份用。亞太數據計劃副SIM$120/張，全球數據計劃副SIM $150/張，就可以與家人朋友共享同一個計劃內嘅數據，齊齊海外漫遊上網無難度。

兩款計劃如何選擇

適合經常往返多國旅遊、商務或快閃人士，需要時刻保持漫遊上網。
計劃由每月10GB至200GB漫遊數據，並包括本地、內地、澳門及外遊通話分鐘，於緊急時可直接聯繫家人朋友，喺全天候照顧你需要嘅海外漫遊計劃。

如果平時年假唔多，安排短程旅遊為主如星馬泰等嘅人士，呢個計劃性價比極高，包含嘅海外漫遊數據一定啱你用。計劃同樣由每月10GB至200GB，就可以享有最高質素嘅漫遊上網體驗。

Monthly Fee

Each 5G SIM plan has a basic monthly fee, it is calculated by deducting basic monthly rebate from the original plan price during the contract period. It does not include any online subscription or port-in rebate.

The average monthly fee is calculated by deducting any online subscription or port-in rebate from the basic monthly fee, then dividing by the contract period. This helps users compare different 5G plans. The actual rebate details can be found in the terms and conditions.

Example: Basic monthly fee is $124. With a 30-month contract and a 1-month monthly fee waiver:
(($124 x 30-mth) - ($124 x 1-mth))/ 30-mth = average monthly fee $120

Online Subscription Procedures

You can complete your 5G SIM plan subscription in just 5 minutes. The SIM card will be delivered to your home directly, making the process quick and simple. What’s more? you can enjoy privileges like bonus data, admin fee waiver, and monthly fee discounts!

All pricing details for the plans are clearly listed on our 3HK website. The calculation of the monthly fee on SIM Plans with rebate is also clearly stated in the terms and conditions with no hidden charges.

You can select the contract end date of your current service provider as your "3HK service start date". The actual service start date will also depend on the submission date of your documents and the approval status.
If you're unsure of your current contract end date, we suggest the following:

After completing the online subscription procedures, you will receive a confirmation email from 3HK.

For physical SIM: You will receive your 3HK SIM card within 3-5 working days at your registered address. Please note that actual delivery may be delayed due to various circumstances

eSIM

With eSIM, you can connect to the network simply by scanning the QR code provided by 3HK—physical SIM card is not required. It’s easy to activate and set up, allows convenient switching between SIMs, and eliminates worries about losing or damaging your SIM card. Some mobile devices provide one physical SIM slot only, if they support eSIM, you can still use two SIMs simultaneously.

There will be no impact when switching from a physical SIM to eSIM. The port-in process is relatively equivalent, the sole difference is the method of receiving SIM card.

Payment Details

New customers are required to prepay HK$100 by credit card for subscription. This prepayment will be rebated to customers’ account on the first bill. (For those who apply "Member Referral Programme", an additional designated amount is required, which will be rebated by three installments.)

Simply enable the "Data Roaming" feature on your phone while in Chinese Mainland or Macau, and you can use the data without SIM swaps, it’s convenient!

Review the latest new subscription and port-in offers, then select your preferred WORLD PLAN and click “Subscribe”.

Choose your offer type (e.g. credit card or MoneyBack rewards, if applicable) and select your SIM card type.

If you choose to use a credit card or MoneyBack reward, please complete the verification:

Credit Card：Enter the first 6 digits of your eligible HSBC credit card.
MoneyBack易賞錢：Enter your MoneyBack membership number.

Choose whether you want a new mobile number or to port in your existing number.

For new numbers: Select your preferred number. It will be reserved for 15 minutes. If the process isn’t completed in time, you’ll need to reselect.
