Inclement Weather Arrangements

Special Arrangements under Inclement Weather Conditions

In the event of inclement weather on 25 September, the following arrangements will apply if the Pre-No. 8 Signal Special Announcement or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal (collectively referred to as “the Signal”) is in force/ effective at the time mentioned below:

Before the Summit

If the Government makes an “extreme conditions” announcement, the Summit will be cancelled on the day.

Announcements will be made through the Summit website and 3Business HK LinkedIn and Facebook pages. If the Summit is cancelled on the day, it will be postponed and the details will be announced in due course. The above arrangements may be adjusted depending on actual circumstances. The Organiser will announce any changes as soon as possible.
