HTHK and Ricoh Hong Kong Limited recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to help SMEs adopt AI technologies and accelerate AI implementation, enabling them to seize new opportunities in a rapidly changing market.
The MOU covers three key areas. 3Business will promote and sell Ricoh's InnoAI Hub services and AI application support. Both of them will jointly develop AI solutions for education, retail and hospitality sectors and share resources and co-create an ecosystem to provide a collaborative environment for SMEs.
