How are the service's validity period and service charge calculated?
"Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)" can be used during any 3 consecutive days within the 30-days validity period after activation. The service's validity period begins from the first use of "Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass (Data)" .The service fee covers a usage period of 3 days ("Usage Period"), any usage of less than 3 days will still be charged as three full days. The Usage Period commences upon the first day of use until 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on that day, and will expire at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the 3rd day. After this period, the service fee will reset for another 3-day validity.

What can I do if I need more data entitlement?
We offer additional data top-up options, charged at $40 per GB.

Can I subscribe to more than one Mainland China & Macau Data Pass service at the same time?

The service must be used within 30 days after from the day of successful purchased or the service will expire upon the lapse of such 30-day period. A "day" count starts upon first use of travel data usage and the cut-off time is 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the day of use. When the pass is effective, a confirmation message will be sent via SMS.
