1.	How can I view the device’s location, historical route, and alert messages? You can access the website (https://t.firoam.com) through a computer’s web browser, or you can search for and download the QuadTrack app on your mobile phone via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2.	Can a single tracker be added to multiple accounts at the same time? No, a tracker can only be added to one account at a time. However, you can share the tracker’s real-time location with others by using the location-sharing feature.
3.	What is the difference between live-tracking mode and power-saving mode? Live-Tracking mode: The device locates itself at set intervals, enters sleep mode after remaining stationary for 3 minutes, and automatically wakes up to continue locating when movement is detected. Power-Saving mode: The device locates itself at set intervals, shuts down within 3 minutes after completing the location process, and automatically turns on at the start of the next interval. This mode conserves more power but cannot execute real-time commands (such as flashing lights or beeping).
4.	How accurate is the positioning? The accuracy depends on the positioning method: GPS: 0–20 meters (0–60 feet) Wi-Fi: 20–100 meters (60–300 feet) Cellular network: 100–2000 meters (300 feet–1 mile) GPS offers the best positioning accuracy when used outdoors with a clear view of the sky.

Monthly Fee

Each 5G SIM plan has a basic monthly fee, it is calculated by deducting basic monthly rebate from the original plan price during the contract period. It does not include any online subscription or port-in rebate.

The average monthly fee is calculated by deducting any online subscription or port-in rebate from the basic monthly fee, then dividing by the contract period. This helps users compare different 5G plans. The actual rebate details can be found in the terms and conditions.

Example: Basic monthly fee is $124. With a 30-month contract and a 1-month monthly fee waiver:
(($124 x 30-mth) - ($124 x 1-mth))/ 30-mth = average monthly fee $120

Online Subscription Procedures

You can complete your 5G SIM plan subscription in just 5 minutes. The SIM card will be delivered to your home directly, making the process quick and simple. What’s more? you can enjoy privileges like bonus data, admin fee waiver, and monthly fee discounts!

All pricing details for the plans are clearly listed on our 3HK website. The calculation of the monthly fee on SIM Plans with rebate is also clearly stated in the terms and conditions with no hidden charges.

You can select the contract end date of your current service provider as your "3HK service start date". The actual service start date will also depend on the submission date of your documents and the approval status.

eSIM

With eSIM, you can connect to the network simply by scanning the QR code provided by 3HK—physical SIM card is not required. It’s easy to activate and set up, allows convenient switching between SIMs, and eliminates worries about losing or damaging your SIM card. Some mobile devices provide one physical SIM slot only, if they support eSIM, you can still use two SIMs simultaneously.

There will be no impact when switching from a physical SIM to eSIM. The port-in process is relatively equivalent, the sole difference is the method of receiving SIM card.

Payment Details

New customers are required to prepay HK$100 by credit card for subscription. This prepayment will be rebated to customers’ account on the first bill. (For those who apply "Member Referral Programme", an additional designated amount is required, which will be rebated by three installments.)

The health check-up service is valid for 12 months after successful redemption. We recommend making an appointment at least 1 month in advance to ensure the check-up can be completed within the validity period.

No. Customers may use the health check-up service themselves or redeem it for family members or friends. Simply provide the examinee’s name and contact number during redemption. Please ensure the name matches the examinee’s identity document, which must be presented on the day of the check-up for verification.

Yes. The e-voucher includes basic examination items. If additional items are required, you may purchase them during the redemption process by paying the relevant fees.

This service plan is only available to customers aged 60 or above at the time of subscription.

5G network experience may be affected due to various factors including but not limited to network setting/specification or coverage, the features or functionality of the individual mobile device, transmission technology, network traffic and usage, speed of website servers, service stability of other content providers, weather and other circumstantial factors (e.g. blockades such as buildings, mountains, tunnels) which may lead to radio interference. Subject to 5G Service Terms and Conditions of 3HK.

Prepayment of 2 months monthly fee is required for SIM subscription and shall be refunded after used for 1 month.
